The following are the minimum requirements to
apply with MEDI-Star Ambulance:
- Current/Valid State of California EMT-1 Certification.
- Completion of Los Angeles County Expanded Scope of Practice OR
Current/Valid Los Angeles County EMT-1 Certification.
- Current/Valid AHA BLS for Healthcare Providers Certification.
- Current/Valid State of California Driver's License.
- Current/Valid Medical Examiner's Certificate (Green Card) - preferred.
- Current/Valid DMV Ambulance Driver Permit - preferred
- California DMV H6 Printout - Current within 7 days of submission.
- Application for employment.
